Most sessions last about 1.5 to 2 hours. We take breaks as needed and keep things relaxed so you feel comfortable throughout.

Bring any favorite photos or keepsakes you’d like included. We’ll guide you through what works best and help you prepare. For example: When we are talking about your parents, we can insert a picture of them when we edit the video. Please limit photos to 25 items. We will take pictures of your photos on site, and you will be able to take them home the same day.

You should dress in whatever you feel comfortable wearing. You may choose to dress up or be more casual. You set the tone!

We will send you a list of questions that the interviewer will ask you. The questions are general and very open-ended, which allows you to expand and tell your story. Feel free to add any questions that are not on the list. Please bring any additional questions on the day of filming to discuss with the interviewer.

Our introductory pricing is set at $1,200 for a standard 1-hour video. The filming date will be set within one month of a customer’s notice of interest. The location of the filming will be as convenient for the customer as possible.

A retainer of $600 will be provided on the filming date. The video will be produced within one month for the customer’s review. The final product will be available once the review and editing activities are completed. The balance of the pricing will be provided upon completion of the video.
